things i wanted to accomplish by 30....

...but didn't.  there are seriously too many to list.  one of them was start a blog; and it didn't happen (obviously)!  so better late than never.  now that i have checked one thing off the late list, i hope this will be a nice outlet to document the others as they actually happen (or don't).  things that will happen (and not necessarily on my do before 30 list) include sell 2 houses and buy a new one, train for 2 1/2 marathons (to equal 1 marathon?), plan a wedding while maintaining my sanity...  Ok, so how do you actually start a blog?  I hope this is good enough....
